Marketing automation Sydney owners can watch working.
SwitchWorks is a small Sydney team businesses hire to do one job: make visible what is actually bringing customers in, then automate the parts of it that repeat.
Book a 15-min discovery callThe automation is the mechanism. It is not the point.
Most enquiries start with a task: a spreadsheet retyped every Friday, a form that lands nowhere, a reminder the team keeps forgetting. Worth fixing, and still the small version. The bigger problem sits underneath. Nothing is set up to tell you which work brought a customer in, so next quarter is a guess.
- Source attribution on every enquiry and booking
- A weekly read on which channels produced work
- Follow-up that runs on its own once written
- Publishing at a cadence you could not hit by hand
- Signal-based outbound to accounts worth reaching
- Paid switched on against what attribution already proved
- Connecting 2 apps so a form fills a spreadsheet
- One-off automation fixes billed by the task
- Volume email against a list you bought
Tell us on the call if that sounds closer to the job. If there is a cheaper or quicker way to get it done, we will point you at it.
A menu, not a sequence
Five areas, each one standing alone. Most builds start with foundations and visibility: one decides what counts as a result, the other is what everything else reports into.
What it looks like in practice
The things that exist at the end, that did not exist at the start.
A written answer to who you are actually chasing
The account universe with a number against it, your offer in your clients' words, and one conversion event the whole system points at. Agreed before anything gets built.
Articles and posts going out on a schedule, in your voice
A brand voice document built from your existing writing and hosted behind an API, a blog agent publishing to the CMS, LinkedIn drafted and queued for your approval, one long piece repurposed into a week.
Accounts reached on a trigger, not on a pitch
Sourced and enriched lists, the buying committee mapped rather than one contact per account, and triggers built for a market with no funding rounds to watch: ad library activity, review velocity, role changes, a missing GA4.
Paid judged on the same terms as everything else
Retargeting against traffic the visibility layer can already see, ABM against the account list outbound is working, creative built from content already running. Switched on once there is something proven to amplify.
Why we only work with Australian brands
Three reasons, and none of them is that we could not take the work.
Same hours. When something breaks at 9am your time, it gets looked at at 9am. These are live systems taking real enquiries, and a 12-hour gap before anyone reads the message is a day of leads handled badly.
We know how this market behaves. Most playbooks assume funding rounds and hiring spikes to trigger off. A Sydney accounting firm or clinic has neither, so the triggers have to come from somewhere else: tender awards, licence renewals, a new partner announced, a second location opening. You learn where to look by working here.
We would rather build for businesses down the road. Referral and reputation carry firms here a long way. What they cannot do is tell you which relationships are producing the work. Fixing that for Australian businesses is a better use of our time than being one more vendor in someone else's timezone.
We are in Sydney, and we will come to you
Most of the build is remote, because most of it is software. The parts that are not go better in a room. Mapping how enquiries actually reach you today, which is never quite how anyone describes it on a call. The walkthrough when a system goes live. The sit-down with whoever will run it day to day, so it does not quietly stop working the week after handover.
If you are in Sydney, we will come to your office for those. Interstate, we do them over a call and it works. The systems run the same either way.
